  25. The slow speed of LW under NT4.0 is probably due to the Millenium. Matrox
  26. wasn't going to release video drivers while NT 4.0 is still in beta. The
  27. video gui has been moved to ring 0 under NT 4.0 and required new video
  28. drivers for all cards.

  30. Matrox was under pressure from many Millenium/NT 4.0 users on Compuserve and
  31. they did release the drivers. My opinion is that they will need further
  32. tweaking to bring them up to speed.
